Green Tea Detox Recipe:

Green tea is packed with antioxidants called polyphenols, which possibly have detoxifying effects and the amount of antioxidants in green tea is more than any other tea.

What You Need:
• 1 bag Green Tea
• 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
• 1 inch long Cinnamon stick
• 2 Cups Purified Water, near boiling

Recipe: Add the spices and teabag into your teacup and pour in the hot water for your tea.

Steep the tea as directed on the box.

Remove the teabag and stir until the spices are fully dissolved.

You can experiment with different healing spices until you find a blend that you like.

Lemon and ginger tea Recipe

Lemon juice is very good ingredient to cleanse out the system and ginger too has anti-inflammatory benefits.

It helps to keep your skin clear and acne free.

Ginger eases gas and bloating and does help with motion sickness.

It helps in healthy sweating which is again another way of detoxification.

• Boiling water or organic green tea -1-2 cups
• Lemon juice- from 1/2 lemon
• Ginger – 1 inch
• honey – ½ tablespoon

Brew a cup of green tea along with slices of ginger and allow it to steep for 5-10 minutes.

Mix in the lemon juice and honey and consume this drink in the morning to get the best benefits from it.

Simple detox tea with lemon Recipe

When you consume this detox drink, your body will cleanse out your system completely.

What you need:
• Lemon- 1/2
• Cayenne- 1 pinch ( optional)
• Boiling water or green tea – 1-2 cups

As soon as you wake up in the morning, make a tea with lemon, cayenne and warm water.

Take big glass of warm water and squeeze one lemon into it and add cayenne.

That’s it the rest of the work will happen inside your body.

Cleansing Turmeric detox tea Recipe

• Turmeric- 1/4 teaspoon
• Pinch of black pepper
• Ginger powder – 1/4 teaspoon
• Raw honey- 1 tablespoon
• 2 cups water
• 1/4 cup coconut milk ( optional)

Fill mug halfway full with boiling water.

Add in the turmeric, ginger, cover and brew for about 5 to 10 minutes.

Strain the hot liquid and pour into a cup or mug.

Stir in the pepper, honey and coconut milk.

Your tea is now ready to drink.

Cinnamon Tea Recipe

Cinnamon tea doesn’t have to be complicated to make in order to capture its healing benefits.

This is a simple combination of cinnamon, lemon, honey, and green tea that can help your body heal itself through the use of all-natural ingredients.

Ingredients
• 1 Cup Organic Green tea
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 1 teaspoon of raw honey
• squeeze of lemon

Boil some hot water.

Add hot water to a cup along with organic green tea bag and cinnamon sticks and let it steep for 5-10 minutes.

Strain into a mug. Stir in a spoonful of raw honey and squeeze of lemon.

Use Ceylon Cinnamon.

Ayurveda Detox Tea Recipe

Coriander, cumin and fennel has powerful detoxifying properties.

The recipe is really simple and you will need small amounts of each ingredient to get it right.

• Cumin powder
• Coriander powder
• Fennel powder
• Water – 2 cups

Method:

In a vessel or bowl, take water and keep it on medium flame.
Once the water starts boiling, put the flame to low and add in jeera seeds or powder and coriander powder or seeds, whatever is available.
Now, add fennel seeds or powder and stir occasionally while it is simmering.
After 5 minutes, turn off the flame and strain the tea.
Your tea is ready to be consumed!
